Shipping and Returns
At Nortev, we do our best to dispatch all available items to you within a week depending on the geographic location of receiving your order. Once dispatched please allow 48 hours depending on geographic location for receipt of your order. If something is particularly urgent e.g. for a show, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our absolute utmost to get it despatched urgently.
If, for any reason, you need to return a product for exchange or repair, or need technical assistance please contact our technical support team by email on email@example.com.
If returning a Full Flexineb System, we ask that it is cleaned down completely and disinfected.
Please include a completed note with the reason for return, your name address & telephone no and/or the product information for the exchange. Nortev reserves the right to refuse any returns where it is apparent that this requirement has not been met. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Any item that is to be refunded you will receive a credit note for the price bought.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however, if an exchange is required, due to change of mind or incorrect size, you will be charged at cost for the delivery of the new product.
